Product Detail
PHE SuperMaxFlow®+H is an bead mill with centrifugal force separation device. The product outlet is at the back end of the grinding 
chamber, beside the mechanical seal. The traditional SCS large-flow sieve drum centrifugal separator and dynamic classifier perfectly 
combine to form SMF+ efficient centrifugal dynamic separation system, which can be applied to the grinding of materials with 

maximum viscosity of 20000cps.


PHE SuperMaxFlow®+H is suitable for continuous or large-flow circulation ultra-fine grinding and dispersing, solid suspended particle 
material or products with high fineness requirements, such as UV ink, automotive paint, wood paint, water-based paint, carbon black 

and other medium and high viscosity products. 


The structural design and arrangement of PHE SuperMaxFlow® +H series grinding elements are conducive to improving grinding and 
dispersion efficiency. Within the dynamic classifier, SMF+ (SuperMaxFlow Dynamic Separator system) and the grinding pin are fixed 
on the stirring shaft through screw and rotated together, forming a new efficient centrifugal dynamic separation system, which can 
ensure the safe separation and discharge of grinding medium and materials even in the case of large flow or high viscosity. The outlet 
is designed under the flange, avoid the separator blockage caused by the material precipitation, and the trouble of residue of too much slurry.
