Where is the environmental water-based ink?
    • May 28 ,2020

Where is the environmental water-based ink? Printing ink is a slurry-like colloid composed of pigments, binders, fillers and other ingredients mixed uniformly. As a viscous fluid ink, due to its varieties of different performance is also different, such as, difference between thick and thin, difference between strength of viscous, fast dry and slow dry, etc. Environmental ink is a new type of ink made of environmental materials Usually, to see whether an ink belongs to environmental ink or not, will need to consider the following points: *Content of heavy metal The concept was first proposed by Germany. Since children often put ink-printed toys into their mouths, there is the possibility of accidental absorption of heavy metals, so people began to put forward requirements on heavy metal content of ink. Heavy metals mainly come from pigments and additives in inks, most of the ink has reduced the content of heavy metals, but some people still use chromium yellow, chromium red to produce ink. *Aromatic solvent Mainly refers to toluene, xylene, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and their derivatives. They will be accompanied with the ink drying volatilized into the air, not only polluting the air, but also threatening the health of printing workers. *Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) There are many kinds of it, such as alcohol, ester, ether, ketone, mineral oil and so on. Like the aromatic hydrocarbon solvent, it will volatilize as the ink dries, thereby polluting the air。 At present, the main environmental ink including water-based ink, UV ink, water-based UV ink and high-temperature glass ink. Water-based Ink Compared with solvent-based ink, water-based ink is more environmental. Not only does it not contain aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, but VOC is also greatly reduced, althought it cannot achieve zero content, and still contains a small amount of alcohol, ether, and even organic amines. It has little impact on the environment, mainly polluting the air in the workshop. However, a significant reduction in VOC emissions can effectively reduce atmospheric pollution, the content of which does not affect human health, not easy to burn, and will not cause a crisis or induced secondary pollution. Due to the higher difficulty factor of the requirement, relatively, the product quality will be excellent. But there are not many manufacturers that can make water-based ink. This has a great relationship with the match application of raw materials, especially the extremely high requirements for production and preparation. UV Ink UV Ink is those that, under ultraviolet irradiation, use different wavelengths and energies of UV light to make ink into film and dry ink. UV ink does not contain volatile organic compounds, from this point of view, it is a big step, and it is safer than water-based ink. But its drying is achieved by ultraviolet light, water-based UV ink, same as water-based ink, has a small amount of volatile organic solvents, compared with ordinary UV o...

Manufacturing industry is facing new challenges
    • Mar 23 ,2020

Manufacturing industry is facing new challenges --as the new coronavirus epidemic spreads globally. At present, with the strong measures of the government such as the closure of the city of Wuhan and the delay of the resumption of work nationwide, as well as the joint efforts of front-line workers and people, the spread of the Covid-19  in China has slowed down. However, the global trend of corona virus outbreaks is not optimistic, the world health organization (WHO) on February 28 new pneumonia from the previous "high" global risk level to the highest level of "very high". From Europe to America, from Far-east to Middle east...With the worsening of the epidemic outside China, the global economic recovery is greatly hindered, the global manufacturing industry is facing new challenges! The impact of the new corona virus outbreak on global manufacturing is already being felt As the World Bank's world development index (WDI) shown, China has become the largest trading partner of more than 120 countries by 2018. According to the World Comprehensive Trade Solutions database jointly released by the World Bank and the United Nations Conference on Trade And Development (UNCTAD), nearly 200 economies in the world import goods from China, of which intermediate goods account for an average of 21.7 percent. China is now the hub of a network of global supply chains, and Chinese manufacturing is crucial to many global value chains, particularly those related to precision instruments, machinery, automobiles and communications equipment. Any major disruption to Chinese supply in these areas would have a big impact on producers in the rest of the world. The spread of the new coronavirus outbreak in early February has had a huge impact on global manufacturing. UNCTAD's latest report shows that, just is a disruption of China supply chains,  the largest economy in the affected may be the European Union (machinery, automobile and chemical products), the United States (machinery, automobile and precision instruments), Japan (machinery and automobile), Korea (machinery and communications equipment), Taiwan, China (communication equipment and office equipment) and Vietnam (telecommunications equipment). Take the electronics and automotive industries China imports semiconductors and electronic components from South Korea, Taiwan and Japan, and then gathers in our electronic manufacturing service factories to supply final products to the world. About 65% of the world's smartphones and 45% of its PCS are made in China, and the outbreak has disrupted entire manufacturing supply chains. A survey by IPC, the electronic equipment guild, found that 65% of the 150 electronics manufacturers and suppliers surveyed reported delays in both production and delivery due to the new outbreak. For example, the global supply of Apple's iPhone is temporarily constrained, Dell has been badly affected by its just-in-time production model, and so on. Wuhan, the outbreak of the epidem...

Twenty-four countries and regions have adopted control measures on China's trade in goods
    • Mar 12 ,2020

Twenty-four countries and regions have adopted control measures on China's trade in goods At least 24 countries and regions have taken measures to control China's trade in goods so far, said Li Xingqian, Director-General of the Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce, at a press conference on March 5. Especially in individual countries to limit imports from China live animals and animal products, restricting epidemic prevention and control products export to China, such as face masks, protective clothing, disinfectant, this caused some negative effect to our country. China gives understanding to the practice of relevant countries, but called on the relevant countries respect WHO expert opinion, do not take excessive trade restrictions. At the press conference, Li Xingqian pointed out that since the outbreak of corona virus, the Chinese government and people have made all out efforts to combat the epidemic and taken the most comprehensive, strict and thorough prevention and control measures. China has the confidence, ability, and surely will win the battle against the Corona virus. WHO spoke highly of this, and stressing that they does not recommend countries to adopt travel or trade restrictions. China has not banned the export of masks Li xingqian said that China is a major producer of masks in the world and has been providing export services for medical and civil masks for many years. Annual export volume is stable at more than 70% of the production scale. Masks are free trade products, and Chinese government does not set up any trading controls. Since the outbreak of the epidemic, The Ministry of Commerce, as the administrative department of foreign trade, has never issued a ban on the export of masks and their raw materials, companies can conduct relevant trade in accordance with the principle of marketization. Li Xingqian also said that in the previous stage of epidemic prevention and control work, many countries lent a helping hand to us. While overcoming our own difficulties, we are willing to provide assistance within our capacity to relevant countries in the field of masks and other medical protective materials, to support countries in fighting the epidemic. Control measures on China's trade in goods According to incomplete statistics, up to now, at least 24 countries and regions have taken control measures on China's trade in goods: Cameroon, Armenia, Mauritius, Georgia, azerbaijan, tajikistan, kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Turkey, Jordan, Iran, Russia, South Korea, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Mongolia, kazakhstan, Egypt and China Taiwan. Asian countries (regions) account for 20, up to 83%, most of which are very close to China or even bordering China. Moreover, most of these countries are developing countries with low level of medical care and insufficient productivity of medical protective equipment. In these countries against China's goods trade control measures, 12 countries banned imports ...
