Nanotechnology is an important technology field in this century, its development will create another wave of technological innovation and industrial revolution. It has very extensive application field, throughout the electronic industry, photoelectric industry, pharmaceutical biochemical health products industry, chemical industry, building materials industry, metal industry, basic industry...etc.

No matter what is the field of application, the materials required are submicron or nanometer fineness materials. How to obtain nanoscale powder and how to apply the nanoscale material to the final product successfully after proper interface modification has become a common research topic of current production, economic and academic circles. In this paper, we will introduce how to coat the wetting dispersant on the surface of nanometer powder with ultrafine nanometer grinding mill as a tool, so as to obtain a stable and nanometer final product.

With the light weight, thin and short of 3C products, and the white-hot of nanometer fineness materials' application, how to apply the ultra-fine grinding technology to the manufacture and dispersing grinding of nanometer materials has become an important topic at present.

Before 1998, the problem that enterprises faced was how to improve the efficiency of dispersing and grinding to reduce labor costs, such as dyes, coating, paints, inks, pencils, food, etc...

After 1998, the technical bottleneck of the industry was how to get the micro - (nano -) materials and how to disperse the nano - materials into the final product. Such as the light electric utility TFTLCD, Jet ink, magnetic materials, health products, biopharmaceutical and cell crushing, oxide, nano materials, electronics industry, photovoltaic industry and other industries.

At present each big ceramic production enterprise rolls out distinctive ceramic inkjet printing product one after another, especially concave and convex surface high clear inkjet printing ceramic tile, impressive.

But eventually grinding fineness and stability of the ink jet became a big problem which all production enterprises are facing, After attending the Guangzhou International Ceramics Exhibition in May, the author thought that multi-function Ink jet printing, fast ink jet printing, better combination of ink jet technology and thin plate, improvement of ink's solid content, uniform distribution of colloidal chemical and improvement of stability, research of water-based ceramic ink, mold design and use is the development direction in the future.

Aiming at the situation that the products of ceramic ink-jet industry have many color varieties, large batches and are not easy to grind, PUHLER Group has launched different models of nanometer bead mill with grinding cavities as 0.5 L, 6L, 10L, 25L, 60L, 150L and 1200L.

No matter in improving grinding efficiency in traditional industries, or in fining nano-materials in high-tech industries, pollution control is equally important. Therefore, finer, faster, less pollution has become the most important issue of the new generation of dispersing and grinding technology.
